Return & delivery policy
Orders, packing videos, InDrive delivery, and returns — clear rules for Lahore customers.
Delivery & booking rules
- Kite materials are supplied only to licensed / allowed sellers and registered traders, in line with applicable rules.
- Shop visits are available when government kite-selling windows are open.
- Materials that are active and bookable on Marketo.pk require full advance payment.
- Place your order → complete payment → send the screenshot on WhatsApp → after payment is confirmed, delivery in Lahore is usually within about 2 working days.
- Same-day delivery for bulk orders is under review by management and will be confirmed on your order.
1. Service area
Orders are currently available for Lahore city only. Lahore-to-Lahore delivery is available. We do not dispatch to cities outside Lahore at this time.
2. Manufacturing & packing video
During manufacturing and packing, a video of your order is recorded and shared with the packing process and a name call, so you can confirm the parcel is yours and packed correctly.
3. Delivery (InDrive)
After payment is confirmed, parcels are usually delivered within 2 working days via InDrive. Same-day delivery may be available for bulk orders — we will confirm on your order. Delivery details are shared on WhatsApp or by phone.
4. Damaged / defective return
- Inspect the parcel when you receive it.
- If you find any defect or damage, record a video immediately (parcel open, item clearly visible).
- Share the video with us on WhatsApp +92-324-4434991 or by email info@marketo.pk.
- After our approval, the return process will begin — the approved item will be returned or replaced.
Payment note
Active materials on the site require full advance payment — after placing your order, transfer via the payment page and send your screenshot on WhatsApp. Questions? Contact us.
